Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 4 business days after order has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During product launches, sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship across Egypt.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated delivery times are:

Cairo & Giza: 7 business days
Alexandria & Delta: 9 business days
Upper Egypt & other governorates: 10 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the courier and external factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information (when available) so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping information, including your address and phone number, is accurate when placing your order.

Kandlish is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delayed Shipments

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your patience and understanding should any unexpected delays arise.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Please report damaged deliveries within 48 hours of receiving your package and include photos of the product and packaging.
